My name is Erika LeBlanc. I am a chef/baker, speciallizing in vegan cuisine.

 

My passion for cooking started at a very young age and since then I have been able to showcase my talents through being employed by some of the top names in vegan cuisine in Ottawa.

 

I plan to attend culinary school in the year 2015 to expand on my culinary career, but in the mean time I have started up a vegan catering business to help support my post-secondary studies.
